All articles, videos, tests and images on drmuhsinbalaban.com are provided for general health information. They do not replace a physician’s examination, diagnosis or individual treatment plan and do not create a physician–patient relationship. Consult a urologist for your complaints. 2. Online tests
The IIEF-5 and PEDT questionnaires are screening scales; results are a preliminary assessment only, not a diagnosis, and cannot alone justify treatment decisions. Answers are scored without being linked to your identity (see the Privacy Notice).
3. Compliance with health-service promotion rules
This site is prepared in accordance with Turkish Law No. 1219 on the Practice of Medicine (Art. 24), Law No. 3359, the Medical Deontology Regulation, the Patient Rights Regulation and the Regulation on Promotion and Information Activities in Health Services (Official Gazette 29.07.2023, No. 32263). The Regulation prohibits open or covert advertising of health services and allows only information that is scientifically proven, within the physician’s specialty and does not direct patients.
4. Our content principles
Accordingly, the site does not contain:
- patient testimonials, thank-you messages or patient experience stories;
- before/after comparison images;
- prices, discounts, campaigns, gifts or promotions;
- statements guaranteeing treatment success or results;
- comparisons with other physicians or institutions, or claims such as “best”, “only”, “first”;
- promotion of methods not scientifically and clinically proven;
- intermediary content directing patients to a specific physician or institution.
Success rates mentioned in content are general statistics from peer-reviewed publications and do not guarantee individual results. Videos and images show the physician, the clinic and medical devices, never patients.
