Penile Aesthetics (Enlargement & Thickening)

Penile lengthening and enlargement surgery should definitely be performed if it can genuinely improve the patient's sexual quality of life, and each patient's needs must be determined with care. Please contact us for information about surgical and non-surgical methods.

The length and thickness of the penis have been seen as a symbol of power since ancient times. Sex life is one of the most basic needs of human life; even though sexuality is lived privately, it is in fact the foundation of human life and is directly related to human psychology.

A good sex life requires emotional and sexual satisfaction. For sexual satisfaction there must first be a good erection (firmness) and enough time before ejaculation. Sometimes, however, men complain of a narrow and thin penis. At this point men's psychology suffers and their self-confidence is shaken. The truth is that although penis length is not a problem for women, men see this issue differently: the belief that bigger is better occupies most men's minds.
Sometimes certain hormonal disorders in men can also cause the penis to remain thin and short. For example, low testosterone, increased oestrogen and excess body fat in men cause thinning of the penile tissue and shortening of the penis. Erectile dysfunction and long periods without intercourse can also lead to weakening of the penile tissues and shortening of the penis.

Most men who undergo penile enlargement surgery do not have erectile dysfunction; they complain that their penis is short and thin. Since this can become an obsession, the person turns it into a problem and begins to experience difficulties in his sex life. Although it is said that function matters, not size, most people do not believe this and always want it to be bigger.

Who should and who should not have penile lengthening and enlargement?

First, patients with psychological problems who constantly find abnormalities in their body are not suitable for this surgery, because the operation will not make the patient happy. Second, a patient with erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation should first be treated functionally, and only then move on to the cosmetic phase.

What are the penile enlargement surgery techniques?

The most common penile enlargement method in the world is cutting the ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone. These ligaments keep the shaft balanced and slightly raised when erect. By cutting them, a lengthening of between 1.5 cm and 4 cm is achieved.
In fact the true length of the penis cannot be extended, but when the part that remains inside the body is released by this suspensory ligament it appears stretched outwards. Since this lengthening is an aesthetic operation it usually satisfies the patient. There is more lengthening in the penis's normal position, and less when it is erect.
Removing fat from the pubic area using cannulas also reveals the hidden part of the penis and can provide 2–3 cm of lengthening.
The length of the penis depends on the patient's anatomy and the normal length of the penis. How many centimetres of lengthening will be achieved in a person can only be clarified during surgery.
